Shipping rip off
I made a multiple item purchase it was split shipment received half of it and other half is missing in action I was charged over 80 dollars to ship it they do not give you a option on how you want it shipped everything is shipped usps ground shipping what I ordered is definitely not 80 dollars to ship most items were small and light weight . I called them customer service service was awful and rude. I will never purchase from them again I placed order on 1/8 now it’s 1/18 still no items

We sincerely regret any inconvenience you may have had. Because of where the parts are available, orders can be divided; nevertheless, you were only billed a single shipping fee, which was then divided among your three orders. Although we have no control over the carriers' transit times, all three items were shipped on schedule.
