You are added to the community support group, along with all the other customers and your weightloss journey begins. People contact the group chat every day and within minutes, one of the team has answered your query. Its such a fun place to be, theres lots of laughs from everyone daily.
I couldnt recommend this company enough after being scammed out of £164 by another non legit retailer of 'reta pens'. I was anxious to hand over more money to another company I didnt know, but all my woes dissolved, as soon as one of the team video called me to show me they were the person on the account. They've made a really anxious process feel stress free.

I got talking with Sarah and I ask her if she could video call so I could check to see if she was the same person and she did and once that had happened I placed my order and it was delivered to me next day.
