Delivery delayed

Delivery delayed. No response for weeks via email.
No contact information to speak to someone over the phone. Managed to contact someone over the live chat who was helpful in saying they will send a replacement instantly no questions asked but the live chat times have not been convenient for us until today so not sure why our multiple emails have been ignored or is it is so simple to send a replacement why this could not have been resolved sooner.
Very appreciative of Imogen Nester but that doesn't take away from the overall poor service of Victorian plumbing.
