Need better logistic partner
We bought a height-adjustable desk on their website and didn't receive it, although the delivery tracking showed that it has been delivered. We had been waiting at home for a whole day and it was not delivered as promised according to the tracking. We wrote the email to their customer service. There was no reply. We called their number on the website and it just went to the auto-reply saying this voicemail is not available. For us it's basically like a scam. Please be careful with this provider
The follow up:
After 5 days, our neighbour living at building 23 came to us and look for the owner of the delivered product. The delivery company DPD sent the product to build 23 even though we live at 15, and it's clearly written on the shipment label... However, during these 5 days, Furniwell sent the product again, but we already got it from the first delivery. Now, Furniwell ask DHL to get the second delivery back. Don't know to say, but they are not scam.
