Short call waiting times, always knowledgeable and friendly staff. The only thing letting them down is the underwriter Ageas. But it is what it is and Sterling is always there to help if needed.
Review of RWG Mobile
waiting since a week for activation. Wanted to use in nighthawk mobile router. When the new router didn't work had to insert sim into smartphone to check if activated (as various emails or calls did not get a reply).
Now the RWG sim must've installed call barring on my German and UK sim in the smartphone and I absolutely cannot get it out! Galaxy passcodes tried and various online solutions nothing.
No hope of getting help from RWG. What a shame. Was so happy to seeing a Welsh company on the market!!

Can't fault them at all. No long telephone queues, issues always sorted to my full satisfaction, friendly customer service.
The only downside was the underwriter Aegeas, but that's just one of those things and could be sorted via sterling as well. Thank you.

I travel regularly, this time was the worst. Cabin very old fash, no USB socket, WIFI didn't work (which I can cope with over night), but bathroom had previous occupants' pubic hair left in the corners of shower and by toilet ...
Stenaline got tv plus kennel channel. Here only 10pm access to kennels which I overslept sadly due to a long journey. So sadly after a disturbed night thanks to fellow passengers who don't give a damn to switch off their car alarms (grrrr!) I could finally receive a severely traumatised dog (scared of the constant alarms right next to the kennel) at disembark time (even though I begged to be let down earlier).
Could have chosen a pet friendly cabin for another £50, but I deemed £300 for a single leg rather enough...
To top it all - someone nicked my jogging dog lead (£30) and other accessories - never ever happened before. Must have been a soddin lot on the boat this time. Deaf as well - numerous announcements to ONLY START THE ENGINE ONCE THE CAR BEFORE LEAVES ye right. They jump in and start the engine cough cough. Bad for my astma and my dog. On request they looked the doors and looked away!!
Return leg will be Hoek van Holland to Harwich with stenaline. They got special rates for motorhomes in the daytime plus I can go down to the kennels whenever I feel like and take her to an outside area.
P n O is no more. The only plus is Magda with who I travelled numerous times and she is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Had to see her a few times and she always remains patient and reassuring. The first one who takes my worries seriously - I hope someone will finally get back to me what happens if an electric car goes on fire? I've seen the whole mulit storey car park @ Luton airport burning for 5 days as they couldn't extinguish it!! So far nobody has been able to "enlighten" me.

I simply love the app. the programme, set up and especially the workouts. Suits me right to the ground. Have lost quickly and easily. Didn't even find it hard. ALL the foods I searched so far have been there to add.
Would've been 5 star 🌟 if it wasn't for the worst contactibility I've ever experienced! Really letting it down they are. Still waiting for 2 questions to be answered. Via email as there is no contact number or chat service. Just awful.
No problem to cancel within the first free week. The original £80 halved at cancellation and furthermore halved again when the week was over. So yes I happily paid that. And just accept that they hardly ever reply.
