To be honest I waited 2 days for someone yo come out no heating hot water wen he finally arrived today he never phoned me as promised so wen he did knock I came to door he was already getting in his van considering I am disabled he never gave me a chance to get to door he was rude I told him he should of called me and his response well I knocked he was arrogant and hope he never comes to my property again he was only in there for 2 min I am calling someone out every week with this boiler I need a new one obviously

My boiler packed up on Friday no hot water or heating they had to order the part which came today thank god as I'm disabled the engineer was very friendly and was reliable

Spoke to nicky/nikki today,she works for clarion repairs what a lovely lady.and so helpful too if only everybody was as understanding as her what a better place to world would be,and it's been a stressful day amd she just really made me smile and complimented me on helping my mum,nice to be recognised xx think its only fare she receives a little bonus xx for her understanding and great customer care skills
