I can’t recommend this garage enough! They managed to fit me in at really short notice when my brakes started acting up, and honestly, they were absolute lifesavers. The service was quick, professional, and affordable — no hidden nonsense, just straight-up good work. Thank you so much to Stevie & Allan for helping me out. Definitely my go-to garage from now on!

Stealing liars!!!

Have been using boohoo for years and never had an issue with missing items before. Made an order before my holiday and there were a few items missing. Contacted boohoo immediately and I've now been told they have CCTV footage of the items being packed. Which is impossible because my 2 parcels arrived unopened and undamaged with the items in question not in there, therefore the items were not packed in the first place! Considering how much I order from boohoo and how long I have used them with no issues I'm disgusted that they would steal my money and tell me I'm lying basically. Massively disappointed and I will never use them again!! Do not order from Boohoo! Thief's.

** Yes thank you for your response but you are absolute liars. I wouldn't need to lie about some cheap ass £7 skirt and top! Robbing company and can see you're doing the same thing to lots of innocent customers.

Thank you for this review. Due to many false claims made in the past, it means that we have had no option other than to change the way missing item claims are handled.

When a claim is received, this is passed to the relevant team who will review the footage of the order being scanned, packed and shipped. Upon review of the footage, it was found all items were packed and sealed into the parcel that was sent. We take missing item claims very seriously and due to the footage showing all items were packed and sealed in the parcel, we are confident the items have been sent and were in the parcel received so are unable to offer a refund or resend on the alleged missing items. If we can help further with this, please respond to the email the team sent advising of this
