Poor Communication

Poor Communication. Poor Processes.
I could actually write a Trope, however I'll pick the latest issue.
CIBC always sends replacement card late - I called 6 weeks ahead to say I wanted it 1 month before expiry. They assure me (as always) it will come in time and won't affect anything.
This week I had to pay cash or with my husbands card because NO in person or online retailer would accept it due to pending expiry. My online subscriptions are suspended. And I can't access my Quick Books online account due to this BS.
NO help calling CIBC. Disconnect Calls. Transfer to wrong person. Regurgitation "don't be concerned, it will arrive, blah blah blah. TOTAL BS.
