Horrible customer service. I purchased the top of the line cover for my spa. It lasted two years. I filed a claim and was denied because I removed the tags on the OUTSIDE of the cover. Who leave hideous tags on the outside for everyone to see? I provided receipt and photos...but was denied. The website says 100% satisfaction. Does this sound like that? Stay away.

Axel was my representative. Outstanding communication and clear instructions on how to proceed. He made the process as easy as it could possibly be. So far, I am very pleased with SGT!
