Bought a pair aku super alps from…

Bought a pair aku super alps from exxposed due to much better price than else where.

Aku's come with a 2 year warranty so there shouldn't be any issue at all returning them.

Sole started to come away from the upper of the right boot.

Emailed exxposed with pictures etc. They sent me a prepaid returns label via parcel force. Sent the boots back and checked the tracking status which says the addressee needs to collect the item from their depot. Emailed exxposed to ask when the boots will be collected and chased them again but they do not respond at all.

Looking at their reviews this seems common place. The boots are now at a German parcel force depot.

What ever you do, do not buy any products from exxposed. Spend a little more and get it from somewhere else that actually offers some kind of after care service. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Received a response from exxposed today via trust pilot in German.(12.10.23).

Essentially saying that they will sort a return. However, parcel force tracking now says the boots are being shipped back to the UK. I'm guessing they were at the depot for too long as no one from exxposed picked them up!

Second faulty pair of aku's

Second faulty pair of aku's.

Stitching started to come out of the first pair. Successfully returned for refund.

Sole started coming away from the upper on the second pair. Bought through a company called exxposed. Emailed them but can't get anywhere with them regarding a return.

Took it up with aku italia and this was their final response:

Dear Matthew,

I want to emphasize once again that we are unable to offer any further assistance with your return request.
As I have previously communicated multiple times, returns must be handled through the retailer from whom the purchase was made.

I kindly urge you to take this information into account and strongly recommend reaching out to Exxposed.

Poor product and customer service

I bought two matching bedside tables from homesdirect365 in November 2021.

The tables remained boxed until February 2022 so they have been used for little over 18 months. They're also in the spare room with little usage. Recently, one of the tables has started to split and lift on the top.

I emailed homesdirect365 to make them aware of this. They asked if I could supply some pictures of the issue so they could propose a solution.

I provided pictures and proof of purchase. They emailed back saying there's nothing they could do as they only come with a 6month warranty. Brilliant solution!! I'm unsure as to why I was asked to provide pictures in the first place as they knew how old it was from the get go.

I then emailed them again asking if there was nothing else that could be done but this email was completely ignored with no response received. Customer service at its best!!
