Flight delays
Missed connection
Disgusting food on board
Meal at stop over hotel was a spicey pot noodle and a bruised apple

Damaged suitcase on return journey home
Getting no where in reporting damage caused to my suitcase back in May!
Emails sent but no reply
Escalated through resolver but not a single reply on there
Called customer service multiple times to chase up who all keep emailing customer relations to escalate my case but they clearly aren’t as not a peep from them and they admitted to lying on the phone before and no supervisor is ever available and no one can help only email but never get reply to my emails either

I strongly recommend avoiding this airline!

My hoover stopped working with no apparent issue, upon contacting the customer service team I received a response and resolution promptly.
Amber replied swiftly and despite not having the model she arranged for a replacement alternative to be dispatched to me, she also sent me advice on how to dispose of my faulty item in an environmentally friendly way which was great! Thankyou for a great service!
