First time Cruising with Virgin. I didn no research because I didnt want to go in expecting anything. There's a lot that I didnt like. The food in the Galley had no taste and was undercooked a lot. I dont understand why I had to book restaurants 45 days in advance and still didnt get into a few. The pools are more like Hot Tubs and the excursion planning is terrible.

It was quick and easy to order the service and everything flowed smoothly. Do with that there was a tutorial but I can't have everything lol
