I expect to receive the gift vouchers through the post because l bought them as a gift not for myself. There was nothing that l could see to tell me otherwise. You had my address, so naturally I thought they would be posted.

Unfortunately we only offer e-gift vouchers as displayed on the site which is why you're prompted to add an email recipient when you buy. On the page it does say 'Anfield Apparel Gift Cards are virtual Gift Cards sent to an email address of your choice, you will not receive an actual card.' but we'll look to see what we can do to make it clearer.
