I'm reaching out to share my recent experience with the tracker service, which unfortunately has been quite frustrating. The tracking for both clicker and opener emails was consistently off, resulting in significant loss of traffic—up to 5 million emails worth. This has not only impacted my campaign but also led to financial losses due to non-functional tracker links.
