I rated 1 star as it is not possible to give no stars. Like a review I have just read here, once they have the goods, they seem to feel they can deliver when they like. I was promised 10 to 15 days. Now is day 23 and still no furniture. I would suggest you avoid this company

I hope this message finds you well. I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your goods from Spain to the UK. I completely understand your frustration.
As we mentioned, a series of unforeseen events contributed to the delays, and we're currently facing a shortage of drivers on our Spanish route. Please know that we are working diligently to get your goods to you, even if it's taking a bit longer than we had hoped.
We had to make a tough decision between using an agency driver, which could compromise the safety of your delivery, or allowing for a delay to ensure everything arrives safely. We chose to prioritize the secure delivery of your items.
According to our operations team, your goods are now scheduled for delivery this Friday 20.09.

I booked through Carjet, they booked me with Keddy who booked me with Europcar. I paid a 700gbp security deposit The rental went fine. The car was returned full of Petrol and no damage. To this point my security deposit has not been returned and I have emailed them 4 times with no response. NEVER AGAIN...........
Had to make a change which was easy as I managed to speak with someone. Good support. Was cheaper than others but still 15 to 20% more expensive than Europe. Insurance for short-term rentals is outrageous with all car rentals. I requested a 1 way which was initially charged 85gbp. When I made the change I didn't need the 1 way so refunded but the car was changed. This suggests seems a little underhand.
Fusiion made my move about as stressful as it could possibly be. Having quoted, they came to pack and immediately the crew were saying it wont fit the container and I need a bigger container, basically trying to charge me more. I refused and told them I had a quote and that is what I would be using. They took everything down to its smallest item including taking a swivel chair apart. I moved to Spain and the communication from Spain was completely inadequate, and I ended up running around last minute to avoid additional storage costs. One of my Antique decanters was chipped and what I realised after a month or so is that what must have been a complete box was missing due to different items I cannot find, although all the numbered boxes were delivered. My only recommendation for Fusion is to not use them.
