From the local tourism agency to EvaAir to the drivers and tour guides to the staff at every hotel, we encountered only friendly, patient, helpful, and supportive people. The tour was well planned and arranged according to our requests. When unexpected disruptions occurred, we received support and assurance from staff members in front of us as well as Happy Trails by phone.
We were given ample opportunity to enjoy Bali. At the same time we always felt safe and welcome.
