Our overall experience of our new resin driveway was excellent with Next Generation. We were kept informed with timescales. The lads that did the prep work were hard working and also constantly kept us informed all the way through. The gang that came to lay the resin were also hard working and friendly. The only criticism we have is the initial meeting with the sales guy. He took 3.5 hours to get us a quote and was at our home the whole time. This really could put other people off using them. It needs scaling back as
became quite annoying. We would still definitely recommend to other people as the end result is stunning and has transformed our home. We have had so many compliments about it.

From the moment we arrived in store to ordering our 2 sofas we received excellent service from Nicola in particular. No pushy sales tricks just honest & knowledgable advice helping us make the correct choice of design and colours. Looking forward to delivery.
