Love the Vitavia Venus greenhouse and can't thank the team enough for their help and support. Big shout out to Robbie Hutchinson who was so understanding and responded to my queries very promptly and patiently! This is a brilliant company and I would highly recommend using them. The before and after-sales service has been second to none. Thank you, thank you :-)

The delivery driver was not careful with the parcel and handled it particularly roughly. I’m unsure if they were aware of the contents (birthday cake) but they clearly took no care in handling the parcel. Thankfully on this occasion there was no damage to the cake, but I think that was more due to the excellent packing by the retailer
