Omar was excellent from the start to finish - explained everything and even when there was a slight hiccup it was addressed immediately. The site visit was also helpful and conducted very professionally to make sure everything was smooth during delivery.

From start to finish booking was easy and all the information was correct, so when we arrived we were not disappointing in fact it understated what a fantastic cottage this is and how perfect it is for such a relaxing holiday that we had.
