Hi Mike being that all the the site is for charity and all proceeds go to them I have to extend till I get enough sales or nothing goes to them. The items aren't freebies. We are still young and till we get enough players then Im forced to. I hope this explains our position at the moment. I appreciate your comment.

Thieves

Went to withdraw £16 to my card which I didn't realise was the old card I lost. They won't release the money because I can't show them the old card I don't bloody have



Thanks for reply. No. I have no subscriptions I stopped it all just wanted my money out. I have the transcript don't worry.


My 16 quid has just vanished. Doesn't show up in account and I don't have it, so who does??? Must be you. So please just send me my money you have my card details to see the transcript

still waiting for a reply or my money. Not hard to find the lost money is it if the card doesn't exist?

After placing your initial bet(s), a pop-up would have appeared offering you a subscription to your bet. You have clicked ‘Confirm Subscription’ on this pop-up, and opted to place your bet on subsequent draws. This is why these charges have been appearing on your account.

The pop-up displayed the charges, and frequency of charges, applicable to your subscription. An email was also sent to you confirming your numbers and your subscription.

I have reached out via Trust pilot for further information, when received we will contact you directly to help turn this around.

Also just had bad experience with…

Also just had bad experience with diyspareparts (Vision Spares Ltd). Tried to order 2 cables but after 4 weeks of chasing and either being ignored or misinformed I had to ask for my money back. That was also ignored and only got refund via a PayPal dispute claim. donnylu has it right: next to no customer service, incapable of supplying all but the most common of parts. I wasted a month. Thanks for nothing diyspareparts. My advice: avoid them, there are other parts suppliers.

Hello Mike, this is simply not true and will be flagged to Trustpilot. You ordered 2 cables, one of which was dispatched after 7 working days, which you received. The second cable had not arrived, as the supersession had not been picked up and has been refunded to you along with the carriage charge on the order as you requested.
