The moderators misunderstand everything and directly mute you without warning, the person in the chat said "Im gonna put stick to your mouth" to someone and I said "me too". They thought im begging and muted me for 4 hours. Also for in-site features they havent added Search button for sportsbook for 3 years, this explains everything.
