Reliable Service and Excellent Communication

SafeSite Facilities provided an excellent service when we needed site fencing at short notice. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. Jack Fry in particular was a great help – he kept me updated, returned calls when promised, and even went out of his way to liaise with other logistics teams to make sure the fencing arrived on time. A very professional and reliable experience from start to finish.

Great until something goes wrong!

We purchased two split A/C units from Aircon Direct, which were installed by F-Gas engineer. One unit worked fine without problem and the other didn't.

Every obstacle was put in way to avoid dealing with the problem, instead preferring to blame the installer. It was eventually agreed that I'd return the system for testing, in the event the system was faulty a full refund would be issued. Today I received the refund minus £30. I was charged to have a faulty product delivered and collected, unbelievable!

If you're considering ordering from this company, ask yourself this: do you have over 15 hours of free time battling on the phone for a refund/resolution? If not, don't take the gamble and order elsewhere.
