James at Hove made the whole process very easy and was a pleasure to deal with. There was an extensive range of sofas in the shop giving us almost too much choice. James took the time to draw out what we were looking for, when we weren’t too sure ourselves, and made suggestions and offered considerations we hadn’t thought of and ultimately decided on the perfect sofa. All in all it very positive experience, both with James and the range at the Hove store.

So far everyone we have spoken to has been knowledgeable and professional. Dylan Barnes installed the alarm system for us and was very patient with me explaining how to use it and offered some great advice on the positioning of the sensors.
