I would avoid this company.

The management of the claim was wholly inappropriate. I was told I could only claim for one tyre because I claimed in 2022 when when I am claiming on a new policy which is from 2024-2025. I had to complain several times and send multiple emails across several weeks as no one would speak to me on the phone to discuss this matter. In the end I was paid for the two tyres as I was persistent and threatened further legal management. I shall not be insuring with yourselves again.

So I don’t normally leave replies but…

So I don’t normally leave replies but this company is terrible and I would highly recommend you avoid them if you’re travelling to the UAE as you’ll get very slow speeds. The worst thing is how they lie about speed throttling and the apps you use. I apparently was using TikTok and Spotify. The funny thing is I have never downloaded TikTok in my life and I’m an Apple Music user!!!

I told them about this and they ignored me straight up. I would highly suggest you don’t waste your money on this.

Jet2 staff from cabin crew to airport…

Jet2 staff from cabin crew to airport staff remained kind, friendly and helpful on either end of our journey.
Only a 1 hour delay on take off which isn't bad and the return trip was bang on time.
The hotel, food drink and staff were amazing.
There are opportunities to go out and book day trips with people in the main atrium of the hotel and staff are happy to help to arrange this.
Heraklion definitely feels like a more laid back family chill out holiday.
My daughter unfortunately walked the opposite way back through the terminal when exiting the departure terminal on arrival to BHX. Everything shut down, doors were locked and my daughter was stuck on one side and I was stuck on the other, this not only highlighted how quick and sufficient the security and Jet2 staff are at dealing with incidents that could pose a threat, but also it was very quickly ascertained that she did this by accident, she was treated kindly, spoke to properly by all staff involved, was escorted by security back to me and the entire situation was dealt with swiftly. So thank you
