You don't get your paid products!!

Every single time you order and you don't get the products!! If you are lucky and pushy, maybe they will deliver it to you.
Now for example out of 2 products ordered and paid, I got just one. Regarding the other one, they don't even get back to me anymore! This is so bad nowadays when the service everywhere has to be perfect!
People have to pay directly. Why don't you just send them the products they paid for?!?!

With wrong location of the property and rats inside, they don’t care of the situation!!

Bad organized, they don’t care about their customers.
If there is something happening and you even have proof if the property or room that more things are not going on well, they don’t take it in consideration.
Even thought you as an idiot have to pay sometimes up front for non-refundable bookings. You can say bye-bye to the money, no matter how much proof you have or how many things went bad with your stay! Even when important things are not okay like the location of the property or rats, they don’t care and anybody can book it again and again. Really, really bad….

I surely recommend Airbnb (very good customer service!), Trivago, Kayak or Expedia.
