Had to visit the store because the on-line service wasn’t working, but the store locator suggested there was Sonos stock available. Not possible to phone to check before making the journey! On arrival the floor assistant wasn’t very helpful, but when I complained to a manager she went the extra mile to obtain the items I wanted. Ultimately this was a very frustrating purchase.
