I personally have no problems with the products promptly delivered and easy to use just wish the recipe book had proper recipes with individual cooking times instead of just filling ideas.

Consistently fail to deliver parcels on the stated date,they’re either marked as failed delivery or property inaccessible (8parcels in the last month and a half so not an occasional occurance but happening EVERY time) they manage to erroneously deliver other peoples parcels to my address just not mine, and because the parcels are just dumped on the doorstep no attempt to knock the door it’s left to me to deliver them to the correct address! Would not have given the 1 star but 0 was not an option offered.

Placed my order on may 24th
Placed my order on may 24th. I still have not received my order, despite being told my order was on its way a week ago(via email) it still has not been sent ( their order page, the evri tracking number and the shop app all show this). The only way you can contact customer service is via email which it takes a minimum of 4 days for them to answer and now they don’t seem to be answering them at all. Very disapointed, this has put me off supporting small uk businesses that aren’t local to me.
