I started Lindywell a few years ago when I couldn't get to my Pilates classes and was delighted to have completely professional Pilates classes on line. Robin Long is a GREAT teacher encouraging you at every step. She makes you want to exercise! Her staff is similarly professional, and fun. The classes are reasonably priced: I always buy the year long course and even if I am busy and can't do Pilates every day, I always come back to it - even the very short (under 10 minutes) classes show results. I am exceedingly pleased with the exercise classes, the recipes, the health information, etc. Highly recommended!
