7 items I bought fell apart after a couple of wears. The seams fell apart, holes developed in the items, material thinned. The (expensive) items were really poor quality. The customer service system is also really poor. I managed to get a refund eventually, but I had to re-explain my complaint numerous times, had different replies each time and had to start from scratch, and had a few completely nonsensical replies where the customer service assistant had not read the email chains. It took 5 weeks after returning the items for a refund, with me having to chase 3 times (re-explaining each time). They made it very difficult. I would not recommend buying from here.

Do not recommend. Damage caused to dress. 12 items came back with new creases ironed into them and visible marks of an iron shape on some of my clothes... Customer service very defensive. They did offer to try to "fix", but after the way my clothes had been treated I did not want to give my clothes back to them. They made it too difficult to pursue a complaint to be worth the time. I would not trust.
