Your prices are great and that's the reason i've ordered a few times from you, but this time my experience wasn't good - I bought the matrix XL pole hardcase and it was just in a cardboard box with no packing to allow for knocks or bangs. Now normally this would be fine but you also send packages via DHL, which most people will tell you are the WORST company to use as their packages, more often than not, come damaged as they are thrown about with not a care in the world. My hardcase came with 2 big damaged areas on the box and a scuff that would normally make me send it back. However, as I needed the case and it will eventually get a few scuffs from use, I decided to keep it and not go through the pain of sending it back for you to send me another one via the same thoughtless delivery company. This has brought me to the conclusion that even though yourselves are great and I would like to order more fishing luggage / rods / gear from you, I will spend my money elsewhere whileever you use the terribly inconsiderate delivery company that is known as DHL.

Synetiq are awesome. Needed new front wiper motor and linkage for my car but was unsure if they'd fit. One call and they found the part, assured me it would fit and helped me pay onlune. What a service. Was delivered fast and fitted perfectly - will only use these for my car parts ⭐️5 from me guys, thankyou.
