Terrible service!
I ordered a sentinel 4.1 chair for my son for Xmas. When we put it together, we realised it was missing the DAC switch on the chair, so he couldn't link it wirelessly to his PS5, this is despite the box it came in displaying the switch, so there was obviously an error with the chair as the switch was completely missing. When I raised the issue, Chanelle in customer service told me they weren't back until the 2nd January and that she would have to speak to her Product manager on their return. I chased on the 2nd Jan as I didn't get a response, but the next day Gareth responded asking me to check if the 'Mode' button has multiple modes. I checked and confirmed it didn't, it only had bluetooth mode. I didn't get another response from Gareth. I chased for two further days and was told I would receive an e mail the following day with a 'final response' and a suggested resolution. I am now almost a week on, with me chasing a further two times and no-one has responded to me. I've paid almost £200 for the wrong chair and the company aren't responding in order to fix the issue. I am having to go through the charge back service with my bank and raising with the financial ombudsman to get a resolution here, but will still be stuck with the wrong chair! TERRIBLE customer service and a product not as described. I'm sure they don't always get it wrong, but my experience with them has been an absolute disaster so will definitely be avoiding
