I'm hearing lots of complaints from…

I'm hearing lots of complaints from other traders, but tried their platform. They don't sync with Topstep so I cancelled before the trial ended. They have several prompts to cancel: "Do you really want to cancel, etc." Apparently, I didn't go through all the prompts. Then I was charged. Contacted them 5 min after I was charged and they refused to give a refund. They then refused to respond to my questions. Less than great service.

Sorry to hear that. Cancellations are processed directly by our PSP, Stripe, and their system makes it impossible to be charged after a proper cancellation. We reviewed your case, and it appears the cancellation was not completed on your side.
