I have to say I am so impressed with the ease of this service, I also phoned to check the progress of my order and was dealt with by a very pleasant and professional Kimberly.
I honestly would recommend this service.

Don't have your time wasted by this company !

This review is a honest reveiw from our experiance with this company.
However, Revilo won't aprove and just say it's because we we're expecting to much for our car, but i'll leave that for you decided.
Firstly this company cold called me and offered me a price that was so called locked in and to be fair i thought it was a resonable offer however, the decision couldn't be made as I am a front line worker in a hospital working in theatre and whilst at work my husband has no way of contacting me. so we emailed the chap back the same night to see if the offer could be streched by £150 and if so, we would have proceeded with them. But this is the interesting bit, our email was answered by a return email advising the market had deropped over night and the price offered was now £500 less than the price offered the day before.
I work in business and have a good knowledge of business and these are my thoughts for you to consider!
This company is an opportunist and employs a pressure selling tactic which is not great this day and age, they have no respect for front line workers or people who would like to take time to carry out due diligence!! The company bang on they have great reveiws on Feefo but, again be aware, these reviews are reviews from customers only who have carried out businees this this company and is not a true reflection as you have to be invited to leave a review.

Overveiw - If they contact you and offer you a price which is so called locked in, if you are happy with it execpt it.
If you want to be cold called and have preasure selling tatics used on you and be rushed into a decision, then buyer beware as they say.

On a finial note just so you can understand why i'm disguntled, I took this car to we buy any car 4 weeks previously and they offered a daft price like they always do HOWEVER !!! last night the same night I emailed this company back, We buy any car emailed to say the market had improved and the car was now worth more and as Revilo says it dropped we car say different and in fact £200 different.

This is a true reflection of my experiance and hope this enables you to be pre-armed & pre-warned in what to expect.
Don't get caught out by the old trick of cold call & pressure selling tatics !

Hi Michelle, I had pre-empted this review hence the quick response. The buyer had already relayed your comments as he was genuinely concerned that he had offended you. We listened to the calls back and also viewed the email exchanges and we cannot agree with your comments. In brief, we offered you £500 less than the amount you had previously told us you would except. We are sorry that this has offended you and accept that you sold it for £200 more to another company but our two services are totally different.

You can't compare us to the online platforms as we offer a more bespoke service, one example is we travel directly to you for collection, and we charge zero fee's. I appreciate £200 is a lot of money, but in the realms of valuing motor vehicles which is only ever an opinion, we were very close to what you actually achieved.

With regards to the pressure selling, I'm afraid I will have to disagree with you again. After listening to the calls, our advisor asked what price you would commit to selling the vehicle. This isn't an offer, it's a question, and after seeking advice unfortunately your price couldn't be achieved. We followed that up on email and indeed you did achieve £200 more than we were offering but interestingly, not the extra £500 that you had asked for.

In reference to the reviews of our company, you are correct. We have 1000's of 4 and 5 star reviews on Feefo with customers that actually conduct business with us, can that many people be wrong? The small handful of 1 star reviews, like this one, are left by people who as you say, are disgruntled with the price that we offered and it never went any further. Whilst it is unfortunate that we were £200 away from your final price, this doesn't warrant a review like this. It's like reviewing a restaurant having never eaten in the establishment.

Outstanding Service

Over the moon with the extreme Professionalism l received from Katie Holt @ Irwin Mitchell. Katie made a very daunting process less scary and obtained the very best outcome for me. I wouldnt hesitate to use Irwin Mitchell again should I ever have the need, Katie was extremely responsive and explained things in plain english, I cannot thank you enough.
