Difficult to get Customerservice

I reached out to their customer service and finally after about a week they responded. My concern is that the fragrance causes my eyes to burn and irritate. Their solution was to just send a different scent which is OK but does not smell good as the one I originally ordered, I asked for the ability to return the item since it was causing a medical issue with eye irritation, but the only solution they gave was to send a different scent which still cause eye irritation so I’m really not impressed with the Customerservice at this company
