We've been using Aircall for a second year now and this has certainly been the best telephony system that we've had (I've lived through 2 migrations in 3-4 years!).
However, the thing that impressed me the most has been working with our account manager Xavier Nicholls to get things done. Xavier has been super responsive, understanding and going the extra mile when needed to make things work for us. A 10/10 customer experience!

Payroll has improved 10x for our business since integrating with Pento! Very smooth integration with our HRIS, which means hours of manual work are saved. However, the biggest highlight is the fantastic support team - David Williams and Konstantins Krupjanko in particular come to mind!
Not only are they super responsive, but the Pento team would also go the extra mile to advise on issues that probably fall outside of what a payroll provider is meant to offer. And this means a lot!
