Hi Jon, I completely understand about the keys, it’s a manufacturing thing – as the sheds are made in batches, we take the next lock box off the shelf with a lock in, and fit that to the shed door currently being assembled. That door is then caged, ready for loading and delivery, but there could well be a line of 50 sheds that day. So, when the shed is “called off” for loading, the next one in line goes to the next customer. We only know which shed is going to which address at that time.

That said, pre-ordering additional keys is a great idea. We are now looking at that.
