Zeer tevreden met onze rondreis in Thailand met Connections...

We hebben in juli een 3-weken rondreis in Thailand gedaan via Connections Mechelen. De reis was samengesteld uit verschillende 'pakketjes' die Connections los aanbiedt aangevuld met wat kleine aanpassingen.

Connections Mechelen heeft dit perfect georganiseerd en kon zeer specifiek op onze vragen/wensen antwoorden.

Ter plaatse was het een mooie mix van actievere dagen met wat rust tussenin en de verschillende trajecten sloten mooi op elkaar aan. Ook de lokale giden (in Bangkok, Kanchanaburi en Chiang Mai) waren top en hebben ons dingen laten zien en proeven waar we waarschijnlijk zelf niet toe waren gekomen.

Een aanrader....

Review of Nomad eSIM

Nomad was a very good choice to have connectivity in Thailand for a period of about 3w

Ordering went very smoothly as connectivity and speed or most of the time very good. Sometimes, it indicates a 2-bar connection but no connection can be made. Is assume this was rather a problem of the provider than a Nomad problem.

If you order multiple eSIM, it would be nice to see on which phone they’re installed via the app or via some kind of id on the phone itself.

Review of Bestway - Customer Service Italy

Geen support na de 2 jaar garantie en geen mogelijkheid om reserve-onderdelen aan te kopen....

In 2021 we purchased a Lay-z-Spa / Bestway Maldives Hydrojet Pro. In the beginning of the 2024 summer season - after enjoying the spa for 3 summers - the pump refused to switch on (causing an E02 error). A careful investigation led to the conclusion that the circulation pump and the water sensor were both malfunctioning, which seems to be one of the frequently occurring problems.

I contacted customer service and the disappointing response was that they could not help me because they only provide support during warranty (!!?). They could even not direct me to a site where you could get these spare parts because they didn’t offer them on their website.

It’s very disappointing that a company spends a lot of effort in commercialising their products and only helps customers during the 2-year warranty and doesn’t even provide an easy way to purchase spare parts for frequently occurring problems.

No customer support after 2-year warrabty period and no possibility to purchase spare parts....

We are aware that now this opportunity is not available and it’s not possible to get the internal spare parts of our electrical items. We are sorry about this, but we would like to inform you that we are working in this direction to provide this additional service to our products.

For the coming seasons there will be a dedicated service, which will let all our customers to repair Bestway electrical items, even out of the warranty period of 2 years.

Geweldige trip naar de Westkust van de VS met Connections...

We hebben net een mooie roadtrip afgerond aan de westkust van de Verenigde Staten met Connections. Het traject dat we gedaan hebben was gebaseerd op 'Best of the West XL' en dat hebben we samen met Connections aangepast aan onze specifieke wensen (aanpassingen aan het traject, andere hotels,...). De vluchten, de hotels en de wagen werden via Connections geregeld. De uitstappen ter plaatse hebben we grotendeels zelf geregeld aangezien dat interessanter was.
