You can't cancel...ever!!

I tried the service but it was not for me. Impossible to cancel and when you think you have suddenly stuff you didn't want appears on your doorstep and the money is taken from your account.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this review.

I am really sorry to hear that you have had issues when trying to stop your milk round. We do ask customers contact us directly when wishing to do this and I can see you first contacted us on 15/08 with this request.

I can see that this was then picked up by James who advised that this had been actioned, however as you still had one final delivery due on 18/09 that had been paid for, this is why you still received this delivery.

I am sorry for any confusion this may have caused but I can confirm this has now been resolved and no further deliveries will be made.

I am so sorry that this has happened but we do really appreciate you giving us a chance, and we're truly sorry it hasn't worked out.

I purchased a diopside tennis bracelet…

I purchased a diopside tennis bracelet and was very happy with colour but the safety clasp was poor. I had to get it repaired but now it doesn't fall of and I can relax and enjoy the compliments it gets.
