We had original Victorian wooden sash windows which we didn’t really want to replace but they were rotten, cold and required constant maintenance which we couldn’t keep up with. After multiple quotes and visits from contractors, a friend recommended Precision Home Improvements. From the minute Andy came into our home to give a quote it was entirely different from the other companies. He was down to earth, realistic and came across entirely trustworthy. His quote came in way below some of the bigger companies despite him being honest about the difficulties of the job and the problems we may encounter.
Andy went above and beyond to replace our windows like for like to retain the character and ensure we could keep our made to measure shutters. It was far from an easy job but he was determined to get it right. From being completely torn about replacing the windows, we couldn’t be happier we did - they’re perfect!
Andy and his team Dave and Jock, worked like trojans to do the job on time, on budget and to absolute perfection. They were friendly, courteous, clean & tidy and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
