Helena and her colleagues where very informative throughout the whole process, explaining all the forms and a step-by-step guide as to what was required, what information was required assisted with communication with different areas such as the worker compensation group, guided us with the right information and avenues to follow. During the process open disclosure was carried out from start to finish, Helena made phone calls to Australia to explain the steps even though the time difference did not suit her. Compassion was shown after my father passed away suddenly towards the final stages of the claim, but this was carried on for my mum. The settlement that was given was a great surprise we didn't expect that amount even though Helena gave an estimate from previous claims.
