The worst airline company EVER! My wife and my son had a flight from Luton to Bacau on the 28th Oct and only my sons baggage arrived at the destination, my wife’s never left the airport! It took me 6h to find out where the luggage was after calling them twice on a £1,50 a min telephone line to explain to them that their website it doesn’t work, and they also confirmed that in an email! Only on Saturday 2nd Nov my wife got her luggage, but she was there only for 1 week so on Monday 4Nov she had to fly back.They spoiled her holiday and she had to buy clothes . I made 2 complains and also spoke with them on chat to be told it will take 60 days for an answer! STAY AWAY FROM DAR AIR !!!

Brilliant experience with Alex at Iasi Airport all straight forward paperwork and hand over. Very good car large and clean . I would definitely recommend Klasswagen anytime!
