Disappointing first experience
I'll start by saying I bought alot of laptops in my life online, and am a frequent buyer. I never bought from rebeelo but my supplier went out of business so I decided to try it.
I purchased a refurbished Lenovo Legion 5i Pro (RTX 4070, 1TB, “Excellent” condition) from Reebelo after mine was stolen; I needed a replacement ASAP for work.
A few days later, I was informed it was “out of stock” and offered a lower-tier replacement: a non-Pro Legion 5 with a weaker RTX 4060, in “Good” condition. Not equivalent.
I politely asked if they could find a comparable replacement or other options. Instead of replying, they cancelled my order and issued a refund without consent, freezing my funds for 5 days.
Now I’m stuck without a work machine, and the opportunity I had is gone. My card is loaded so I can't order one until they process the refund.
This cost me time, energy and a critical week of productivity.
I won’t order from Reebelo again.
