didn’t provide the guarantee as…

didn’t provide the guarantee as advertised. Failed to explain why the guarantee was not available. One staff member in the Chicester store was aggressive and threatening, his parting words were “Never come in this store again. The discussion evolved around me not being able to establish any details of a advertised guarantee and him saying Curry’s never give a 5 year guarantee. He insisted it was always the manufacturer who offered the additional guarantees. I had written confirmation that this was not the case. He refused to even read the information I had, just repeated time after time “I am not going to repeat myself again “

Unable to provide details of guarantee…

Unable to provide details of guarantee and advertising a 5 year guarantee that seems not to exist. Staff member told me never return to the store again.
