Do not trust this company

I would not recommend TML smile as they are both deceitful and poor customer communications. I upgraded to 3M lava crowns prior to my second visit. The visit itself was bad enough, with all but one appointment being put back hours with one that was arranged for 3 being put back to 9pm. My final fit should have been on Friday, but actually happened on my last day 6 hour before i had to be at the airport. When i read the certification it did not state 3M but a cheaper american brand, when i questioned it they told me it was a mistake and they would send me the warranty document. When i got home i was told by my coordinate she had to make an excutive decision and change to the cheaper brand without informing me as i would have preferred VITA. You really dont know with this company what brands they are putting in your mouth without your consent. I would not use them if i were you and will.answer any questions.on this review.

I am exactly half way through my all on…

I am exactly half way through my all on 6 procedure for top and bottom jaws with TML smile in Antalya Turkey. From the start Jemma my contact was brilliant answering all my questions and reassuring me. The whole team at the clinic are brilliant from the lady who cleans and makes coffee for everyone, an Mo the driver who appears to work 24 hours a day, to the doctors and dental assistants....oh and the nanodent man. Made my journey seamless and relatively pain free. Thank you TML, i look forward to getting my final crowns in October.

I am awaiting for a Parcel from Fossil…

I am awaiting for a Parcel from Fossil Group. 1st parcel was stolen in transit, 10 days later 2nd replacement parcel is delayed or should i say gone missing, i believe Luton UK Customs. Although not a part on my fault i still have no FOSSIL product and propably going to have to wait months for an investigation before they attempt to send for a third time. How can parcels go missing / stolen and why does the buyer always suffer, for lost or stollen items when it clear states on the UPS tracker discarded packaging in the first instance and On the way delay "We're sorry for the inconvienience. If you are the sender , please check with the reciever (ME) to confirm delivery. Otherwise, you may start a claim to provide a resolution. Well the tracked parcel has never reached my doorstep or even out for delivery. But i am still the one to suffer and wait been a month so far.

You could only right this in a novel

You could only right this in a novel. I bought a Hybrid watch in florida in October 2022. In January 2023 one of the buttons fell off. I finally found the receipt and sent the watch for repair in May 2023. After a few chase emails, they told me that they did not have parts for my watch to repair, but kindly offered to replace up to the value of a new watch. I accepted and ordered. Round one the watch was stollen on the way to a UPS depot. After a disagreement on disclaimer as it was on route and not out for delivery the sent another. Round 2 I find out today the watch is missing in action at Luton UK customs, and as of yet no offer to resend and again asked to fill out a disclaimer. Has anyone else have simular issues? Poor customernservice, poor updates and no watch. It's a shame as being buying Fossil for nearly 20 years with no issues
