I already left a dissatified message, and of yet waiting for someone to send me a contact over a faulty heating battery in a coat. Post a working phone number to discuss the problem please.

Why don't they have phone contact!

First, where do you call to speak to someone, it tells you hrs to call, and goes no where. I sent a message no response. Gives you a bad feeling. Sorry I bought from your company.
