Poor health insurance

The company I work for changed the health insurance provider last year. Things are more complicated than the former one. Takes longer to set up a claim and the process is more cumbersome. To top it all up, they refuse to reimburse me for sessions at the physio I’ve been using over 15 years, while he was covered in the previous insurance. And that’s despite me paying extra for the ‘premium’ cover. My susbsequeht dealings with the ‘customer service’ didn’t quite make me feel valued at all. Waste of money in my opinion.

Nice new balcony table

Ordered a new balcony table to replace our old one. It came as advertised and on time. Mounting Instructions were clear enough and we got it sorted in no time. And we like the look of our new table.

Is there actually someone at the 'customer service' ?
Sent them a couple messages as there is an issue that blocked me from ordering (my 2 digits house number deemed to be over 4 digits....) and I never got an answer !

Don't bother.

Don't bother getting one of their credit cards. Appalling customer service. Having issues with the app / card. Called the 'customer service' who couldn't help and told me to go to an ATM. ATM message read 'Go the Branch'. Went to the branch, got refused to get helped as my ID wasn't a good proof enough. Condescending employee wouldn't explain why passport was mandatory. still in limbo...

Horrendous processes and awfully slow…

Horrendous processes and awfully slow computers in stores.
After having left Vodafone a few years ago due to no coverage of the area I was going often, I decided to join them again with an IPad contract.
I ordered one back in mid-June and made a sizeable down payment after successfully passed the credit checks etc. Got told then that it would take several weeks to get the specific high specs model due to unavailability, which I agreed with. Got kept updated on a regular basis for 2 months and then, just nothing.
I since spent several hours going back and forth to the store (where the staff has been trying to help but were themselves kept in the dark (why?)) and on the phone. Got told a lot of rubbish during that time and the case is not yet sorted. Someone, somewhere at Vodafone just cancelled the whole order. No one has been able to find who and why. Meanwhile my down payment still hasn’t been credited back to my credit card … have I been the victim of a scam ? Or are they just incompetent?

Siren does produce very good beers

Siren does produce very good beers. We are especially big fans of their Sour beers.
The website is working well and is easy to use, giving enough information and the deliveries are flawless and in the promised timeframe.

Rubbish online shop that is not working

I really like the garden centre in Twickenham. They have a very good range of quality products.
However their shop on the website is horrendous. Every time I have tried to order something, I would get an error message preventing me to complete the order , and that after spending time filling out all the required fields. Just feels like they do not want to sell you anything online… just a waste of time !

Great quality meat and delivered on time every time

Getting a box every few weeks and we really like the quality of the meat we get. Also a very nice selection of cuts and products. Only on one occasion our steak didn't match our expectations but F&F promptly issued a refund, so we are happy with them.

On time deliveries and nice packaging

Ordered a few times from them in the last few months and got the items delivered as ordered and on time. The packaging also looks nice. I had a size issue on one of the items of clothing i ordered last year so went to the store and they refunded it, so pleased with the service.

Quite damaged packaging and extra fees to pay

Ordered a raclette set from their website. The price at check out and the email confirmation indicated that VAT was included but then we had to pay around 20% on top for it to be released from customs. Not only that, but you are led to believe that you are going to receive an item in good condition from Switzerland, but we ended up receiving a quite damaged packaging and slightly damaged raclette set, sent from Austria. After tweaking it a bit, we managed to get it to work but it is still not 100% like you would expect a product like that.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service !
Hard to understand them on the phone to start with, then put you on hold for 15, 30, 45 minutes! Also unable to help ... I closed/settled my account with them 2 years ago precisely because of their appaling customer service and they keep sending bills with different names on it ! As a result they don't want to talk to me and threaten to send debt collectors to my place .... avoid dealing with them unless you have plenty of time to waste !!
