Poor health insurance
The company I work for changed the health insurance provider last year. Things are more complicated than the former one. Takes longer to set up a claim and the process is more cumbersome. To top it all up, they refuse to reimburse me for sessions at the physio I’ve been using over 15 years, while he was covered in the previous insurance. And that’s despite me paying extra for the ‘premium’ cover. My susbsequeht dealings with the ‘customer service’ didn’t quite make me feel valued at all. Waste of money in my opinion.
