Review of Product Hunt

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Years worth of product launches are gone in one day!

This platform has been a consistently disappointing experience. I have launched over 15 products on Product Hunt since 2023, and many of them were censored.

For a long time, I did not complain but one day, I noticed my scheduled launch was deleted entirely after I had posted about it on LinkedIn the day before. When I reached out via their official support email, the response from their GM of Support, Jake Crump, was dismissive and unprofessional.

Instead of providing any real explanation, he simply repeated we have community guidelines and terms of service, and we can delete content as we wish.

That is not accountability platforms are bound to their own rules just as much as users are. I requested clarification and asked for access to my data multiple times, including directly addressing both the GM and the CEO.

I was ignored completely. Being ghosted after years of contributing to the platform and showcasing original, innovative work is unacceptable and disrespectful to creators.

All of my launches which I worked hard and was proud of are now gone out sore loser spiteful energy.

This behavior reflects very poorly on the leadership and culture of Product Hunt. If this is how they treat creators, then I strongly recommend others to consider alternative platforms. There are far better, more respectful communities out there.

Review of Erdem Hospital

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Thank you Atabek, Erdem team

Thank you; the experience so far has been great. Yesterday I finished my hair transplant surgery.
Atabek from Edrem was of great help; he patiently answered my questions even before I booked an appointment.
After I booked the appointment, he continued to support me.
Everyone were smiling and being helpful.

The Iranian transilator girl, whom I apologize for not remembering her name, is very informed about hair transplants. And speaks good English. She explained everything to me.

Overall, it was a good experience. The surgery is a bit long, so the staff were talking to each other, which I did not find uncomfortable.

The only thing was discomforting the anesthesia injection. They were a bit painful for me, the injection last few minutes after that the area was numb, didn't feel any pain when hair was extracted.

Overall, good experience; after 6 months, I will edit the review about the results.

Update 1/6/2023 :
Today I had my first hair wash, I got the chance to examine the donor area. It appears great as there is no specific area dipleated. Looks natural and spreaded really good!
