It is the worst company in the world due to:
** Its lack of care for travelers on its airplanes.
** In Their Customer Service Offices in Munich Airport, a lot of people have problems without any solutions or bad solutions.
** According to my case, I sent a couple of reports, not a reply at all, which means they don't care about their bad cases done by them, or maybe they have problems with foreigners.
** The bad management when putting the connections between their airplanes, which mostly lost the connections and arrived late without regard for travelers' time.

I passed with Lufthansa Air Trip - the worst trip of my life, at 72 years old.
The trip was from Sofia Airport to Cairo Airport through Munich Airport, where I faced a lot of problems:
- The trip from Sofia to Munich on 01.08.2025, which was delayed, and I arrived in Munich at 11:00 PM ⏳
- The trip from Munich Airport to Cairo Airport was taking off, and I didn't take it.
- I tried to contact any Office that was closed in all halls of services, no place in all hotels around the Airport. I awoke in one hall of the Airport.
- The same problems happened in Munch.
- I was waiting for the tip to Cairo for 24 hours. Spending these in Lufthansa offices: I got the worst deals from Lufthansa Employees by loud voice, especially from one lady in one office.
- I arrived in Cairo after more than 24 hours from Sofia .. I lost a VIP Meeting in Cairo.
- I sent a Letter to Lufthansa explaining what had happened to me, no reply at all - really some kind of not caring about their clients

That company is very complecated and against foreigners specifically Arabs...
1st they accept your company to take fees BGN 95 and receipt all your documents then they don't accept all send document, close the account and not return back that amount....take care from that company

It is very fast and easy

I gained experience by opening my own company in Hong Kong for one year.
This bank is very great one, all departments are in hurry to serve you and solve any problem.
I did not face any problem in fund or draw my money.
For that I am going to open another account of my company in Bulgaria

Hello, I have bad remark about the Director of your branch in Ring Mall:
1. Yesterday 19.12.2023 at 9:30 pm in that branch, I chose printer and went to pay at the disk of the lady.
2. I asked about the grantee period, the lady was speaking in fast way and I am foreigner not perfect in Bulgarian Language, I asked her to be slowly maybe I can understand, she did not reply me.
3. I went to the director who seated near of her asking are you speaking English, he did not look at me at all, shouting by his hand go to the Casher, I asked him please I would like ask about the insurance, also by his hand in not professional remark by his hand to go back to the casher,
4. He let me feeling that I was begging from him some thing free of money.
5. I left the printer, went out to my car and so angry about this branch which become some not professional men.
6. I would like to inform you, many times I am visiting the branch in Blagoevgrad and the people are very polite and active and present for me very good services and let me buy most of my devices from their.
7. Please it is my bad note about this branch and really I will inform my friends about that branch which is director by some man.

ip-t.trade is scammed investing company, using Arab people to take the money of Arab investor by smooth ways, that people is thieves and deceptive, specially: Ahmed, Qasy (Ibrahem) and Ramy Ali, as they said may be changed their real names.
When asking about some money, ask you 1st to send taxes, the take all the origin and taxes.
They stole $36.000: 10.08.23 my 2 wallets was that amount and 11.08.23, became ZERO.....and no reply

Sameday Courier is very bad company met in Bulgaria, they send only SMS and not come at all with ATM, when called them they asked me wait for 10 mints to call you, never calling, inform the Bank of ATM that they deliver it and all the day waiting for them. They missed short calls couple of time, when calling them they not reply. Maybe the card had been lost from them.. If any company wants to send courier for me I will not accept the services of this company.

They invited me to invest only $ 260 then asked me for more money to get good profits I added $1500 after 5 months they returned back to me only $1000 received to my bank account $ 900. They need $3000 to continue investment.........they block my account and took $1400. Take care of this company that will let you adding money and in the end they will take all. They have hackers to attack you bank and different way to stole some money.
