You cant get a refund
I ordered 2 life jackets for my dogs over 6 weeks ago i emailed them as i wanted to send them back i have heard nothing since so this has forced me to write me first review. it would appear there returns policy does not work there is no way of contacting them.

Hello Mark. Details of our returns centre link are to be found on the product tag attached to your life vests and on packing slip you received with your order, and also on our website clearly marked returns.
We haven’t seen an email regarding a return or we would have responded as we do to all our customers but this shouldn’t be necessary as it is clearly explained how to access the returns centre and request a refund or an exchange. Hope that helps.
