Wrong answers and extra charges after you pay
When you buy the exam questions you also have to buy the Avanset software as well. They don't tell you this before you buy the questions. Learned all questions and passed their simulation exam 4 times. Failed the actual exam. As answers were mostly wrong. Asked for a refund. Got nothing.

Beyond anything I've experienced before
Item sent from USA 3 weeks ago. They decide to send through UK. Why would you send anything to Europe via UK in this day and age. Try to get updates on chat. They say chat is idle and cut you off mid sentence. Call them they say it is out of their control as item is in customs. I ask why is item in the UK. They keep repeating same response. By far the worst customer experience off all time. I honestly mean that
